Occasionally departments may receive unsolicited calls from vendors offering to provide toner for the department printer/copiers. Do not accept theses offers. The copier/print program with ComDoc covers toner and repairs under the program agreement. When repairs or toner are needed, just call the 800 number using the copier/printer ID number located on the ComDoc sticker attached to the front of the unit.
