Candidates for VP of Business and Finance Coming to Campus

Three candidates for the vice president of business and finance position will visit the Canisius College campus over the next two weeks.

The first of these candidates, Marco Benedetti, will be on campus this Thursday, October 3. There will be an opportunity for the campus community to engage in conversation with Mr. Benedetti on October 3 from 3 – 4 p.m. in the Richard E. Winter ’42 Student Center Grupp Fireside Lounge.

Information about the candidates is posted on the myCanisius portal under the “VP Business Finance Search” tab located on the gold banner across the top of the page. The next two candidates will arrive on campus on Tuesday, October 8 and Thursday, October 10. Visit schedules for these candidates will be posted as soon as they are completed.

New Travel Expense Form now Available

The travel expense form has been redesigned to make it easier to use, with autmoatic totaling and other features. It is in the form of an excel spreadsheet that can be filled out on your computer and then printed.

Effective immediately, please use the new travel expense form to request reimbuirsement for travel and other expenses.  Please destroy the old form which will no longer be accepted.

ArtsCanisius Informally Formal Chamber Concert Tonight

BPO musicians perform on campus tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. Light refreshments will be served.

Robbie Hausmann, cello; and Martha Malkiewicz, bassoon are joined by Jane Cary, harpsichord. The program will include works by Couperin, Mozart and Bozza.

R.A.I.N. Training

Come to Regis North on Thursday, October 3 to find out what R.A.I.N. training is all about! Gary Everett, director of Public Safety will be conducting this important training from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in Regis North. All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend.
