ITS is currently making maintenance plans for the labs and Instructional Technology Classrooms (ITCs). If specialized software is required for courses taught in labs, please make a request Wednesday, June 1 to assure installation in the labs and ITCs.

All Windows lab and ITC machines will be upgraded from Office 2007 to Office 2010 for the fall semester. Macintosh lab and ITC computers were upgraded to Office 2011 in January. There will be no file compatibility issues – files created in one version of MS Office can be opened and edited in the other. However, faculty who wish to have their office computers upgraded to these newer versions should contact the ITS Help Desk to make arrangements.
