New copier/printer/scanners are beginning to arrive on campus to increase capability, improve service, reduce cost, and create a greener campus. Departments will not see an upfront cost as the colleges moves to a per page pricing model. Those costs are:
Xerox Black/White – $.008/page
Xerox Color – $.22/page
HP Black/White – $.035/page
Costs include all supplies except paper. COMDOC will be the source for both supplies (except paper) and maintenance needs. As part of the green initiative, please take advantage of the scanning capabilities to send documents electronically instead of by paper. When paper is needed, consider the most cost effective means to create your document, including the Print Shop.
