Mayor Byron Brown and the City of Buffalo invite the Canisius community to attend the inaugural Black Men’s Empowerment Summit and Brunch, which takes place this Saturday, March 9, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at the Northland Workforce Training Center. The event is organized to empower and uplift black men in the community, and provide a platform for open dialogue and education in key areas that can make a positive impact.

The Summit is exclusively open to Black men in the community. Interested participants can register using the QR code in the above flyer.

The brunch, which follows the Summit, is open to anyone interested. Interested attendees must RSVP by scanning the QR code in the above flyer or at www.buffalony.gov/BlackMensEmpowermentBrunch.
