After the resounding success last semester, Chartwells is bringing the Hughes Club premium night back on Wednesday, February 12. From 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the Economu Dining Hall, guests can enjoy dinner that includes broiled NY strip steak, Dr. Pepper BBQ ribs, fried shrimp, delicious sides and live entertainment by “A River Like Sunday.” Dinner kicks off at the normal time of 4:30 p.m. with the band taking the stage promptly at 5:00 p.m. and playing through dinner.
A River Like Sunday is a band from the Buffalo, NY area. Their music takes the listener on a meandering musical journey from past to present with tunes that you forgot you adored as well as the band’s own original music.
This evening of food, culture and fun is open to all students, faculty and staff of Canisius College.
