Chartwells is dedicated to continuously making its dining program more accommodating. If interested, please take a few minutes to complete the survey by following the link below. Your feedback is extremely important to us and will be used to help reinvent your dining experience here on campus.

Before starting the survey, there are a few important items to note:

• Chartwells does not release individual data to anyone. Survey answers are entirely anonymous.
• The survey should take no more than seven minutes to complete.
• The deadline for completing the survey is Thursday, October 31.
