A longstanding Jesuit tradition continues on Wednesday, October 2 when Campus Ministry hosts the Mass of the Holy Spirit.
The entire campus community is welcome to gather and invite the Holy Spirit to guide us as we proceed through the new academic year. Rev. Benjamin Fiore, SJ, will serve as the principal celebrant of Mass.
Faculty are asked to meet in the Faculty Lounge on the first floor of Old Main between 9-9:15 a.m. in their regalia. All other participants and guests are asked to gather on the steps of Christ the King Chapel at 9:30 a.m. From there, the group will process to the Montante Cultural Center for Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Please remember that there is a special break in the class schedule on this day so everyone is encouraged to attend. This is a celebration of our solidarity as a school community and members of all diverse faith traditions represented on campus are warmly welcomed.
Following the Mass of the Holy Spirit, brunch will be served
in the Student Center, at which time t-shirts and Sesquicentennial pins will be
handed out.
