Students from the master’s degree program in differentiated instruction, under the leadership of Barbara Burns, PhD, chair and professor of teacher education, Patrick Wirth, adjunct professor of differentiated instruction, and Lynn O’Connor, adjunct professor of differentiated instruction, held the Canisius for Kids (C4K) camp last week. A total of 121 students from area schools, grades K – 8, took part in the activities in themed groups including safari (grades Pre K – 2), outer space (grades 3 – 4), superheroes (grades 5 – 6) and let the games begin (grades 7 – 8).
