Guide to Media Services Updated
Trying to find out which department provides which media-related service? A great place to start looking for these answers is the Guide to Media Services. This section of the Media Center’s portal community provides an overview of services provided by a variety of departments on campus.

Instructional Technology Classroom Upgrades

This summer saw work completed in a handful of classrooms on campus. Two of this summer’s more noteworthy upgrades happened in OM 301 and OM 410. Both rooms received a full digital upgrade and each now features a Panasonic LCD projector, Extron control system/HDCP-compliant presentation switcher, Blu-ray player, laptop connectivity (VGA & HDMI) and widescreen document camera. Some other highlights include:

  • Upgrades to the observation suite recording system in the Literacy Center
  • Three existing rooms received LCD projector upgrades

For a complete listing of changes, please visit the Media Center’s What’s New? page. Instructions for use for all of the new and renovated Instructional Technology Classrooms have been updated online and can be found by visiting the Media Center’s What’s In My Classroom? page.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns about instructional technology in the classroom or would like to schedule training, please feel free to contact Bob Grabowski Ext. 3278 or Dan Drew Ext. 2569.
