Mail Room Service Changes
Effective August 25, 2014, mail delivery and pick up times are changed as follows:
Departments located in Health Science Center, Koessler Athletics Center, Lyons Hall, Agassiz, Demerly Hall and Library: 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.
Departments located in Bagen Hall, Old Main, Horan O’Donnell, Winter Student Center, Frisch Hall, Palisano Pavilion, Bosch Hall, Dugan Hall and Loyola Hall: 1:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Old Main Faculty Lounge mail boxes: 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
300 Corporate Pkwy: Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 p.m.
Those who need mail earlier in the day may pick it up at the mail room service window located on the first floor of Science Hall.
Out-bound mail and inter-office envelops may be deposited in drop boxes located in Bagen Hall (near the print shop), Winter Student Center (near the bookstore) and Science Hall (outside of the mailroom). Pick up time for mail drop boxes is 3:15 p.m.
The mail room customer service window is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
