Canisius College Public Safety has been awarded three grants for training for officers this year:
Officer Matthew Srodawa received a grant from the WNY Law Enforcement Foundation to attend the yearlong- Leadership Buffalo- Rising Leaders training.
Lt. John Hach and Officer Amanda Summers received a scholarship grant from the Homeland Security Management Institute in Rochester NY. They will attend the Police Social Media and Investigation course to be held in August.
The grants we receive recognize the department and the officers for their dedication to law enforcement and police level training.
