Over the past 18 months, Canisius has undergone many changes in technology. Just to name a few, we’ve had a new policy in email retention, an update and server change in Checkbox, and now the big move from ANGEL to Desire2Learn, our new learning management system.
Information Technology Services informs the faculty and staff about changes that affect them. These may be workshop offerings, changes in technology and policies. Therefore we are asking for your help in getting the word out.
We post items that you need to know through two media: The Dome and on the My.Canisius portal. We also discuss these changes in the monthly Academic Computing and Advisory Committee (ACAC). Knowing this, we’re asking that you help us spread the word to your Canisius colleagues. Use the portal, read The Dome and come to the ACAC meetings.
