Come celebrate with Father John Bucki this Thursday, July 26 from 2 – 4 p.m. in the Palisano Pavilion. Our farewell party includes refreshments and a slideshow that showcases Father Bucki’s immense impact on our Canisius community over the past 11 years. Father Bucki leaves at the end of the week for his new assignment as rector and director of Campus Ministry at Le Moyne College.

There will be a special Mass to celebrate the Feast of St. Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, on Tuesday, July 31 at 12:05 p.m. in Christ the King Chapel. Fr. Michael Tunney, S.J., will preside. Come and celebrate our Ignatian spirit!

Beginning Thursday, July 26, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions will host the New York State Association for College Admissions Counseling (NYSACAC) Camp College. This event is a three-day experience for high school students to learn more about college and the admissions process. There will be 75 students attending with mentors from across New York.

Richard Brewer, individual consultant for TIAA CREF, will be on campus in the Library Conference room for individual counseling sessions on Tuesday, August 14. He will meet with individuals to review and discuss current investments, answer questions, and review their options to help meet retirement goals.
