Canisius College Athletics will host its annual Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day on Sunday, December 4 when the Griffs host a college basketball doubleheader at the Koessler Athletic Center. All faculty and staff will receive two free tickets with a copy of a voucher that was sent to all employees last week. Those who did not receive a voucher and want to attend should Email Katie Kapanek at kapanekk@canisius.edu.
The Canisius women begin the day’s activities with a 2:45 p.m. contest versus the Red Raiders of Colgate. At 5 p.m., the Canisius men host one of the MAAC’s top teams, Fairfield University. The game is the first of six WYRK Golden Griffin Fan Slam events and two faculty/staff members will receive $50 dinner certificates from Pearl Street Grill and Brewery.
