On Saturday, July 3, access will not be available to Desktop Banner, Self-Service Banner or any locally written web applications that integrate with the Banner data.

This is to accommodate an upgrade to the Oracle database software which underlies the Banner software.  It is NOT an upgrade to any of the Banner software, so you will not see any changes to your Banner environment and there are no Banner release notes for you to review.  This Oracle upgrade should be invisible to you other than on July 3.
