Booth at the Southern Tier Outdoor Expo 2016 in Bath, NY.
I traveled to Bath, NY with funding from the Culture & Animals Foundation grant in order to meet people at the Southern Tier Outdoor Expo and find participants for my current study, “Children on the Hunt.” My partner and I met many individuals and families, lots of flyers were handed out, and a few people even signed up to participate. I look forward to following up with many of the people who attended and graciously stopped to chat with us about my work. It was a great experience and will hopefully produce several interviews with children about hunting and fishing. Here are a few more photos from the event:
