Changes to Help Desk Services and Computer Labs

After May 31, 2024, the ITS Help Desk will no longer be processing Scantron exams.

Due to extremely low utilization and the growing number of alternative methods for offering in-class quizzes, the university is not renewing its license for the scanning machine or the software.

Also, as of the same date, the computer labs will no longer be using AppsAnywhere for launching applications on the machines in our labs or in public spaces. Instead, all applications will be installed on the computer itself instead of being launched via the Cloud Paging Player.

Software Requests for Spring 2024

ITS will be preparing the campus computer labs for the spring semester.  To do this efficiently, we need your input.

Please read the attached document and then complete the Google form to submit any requests for additional software.  Requests must be received before January 3.
