Please join the Physics Department on Friday, November 6 at 2:10 p.m. as it welcomes Colleen Countryman ’07, PhD, to its latest seminar for a discussion about her research in physics education. Countryman specializes in the use of technology, especially mobile devices, in student learning. Her work has become more important with the Covid-19 pandemic and many classrooms going online.
Countryman is a graduate of the Physics Department at Canisius College and is currently an assistant professor at Ithaca College.
