Not sure how to load assorted paper stock, envelopes or use the finisher on the new Xerox devices?

If you would like training for your department on using the new Xerox printer/copier that was recently installed, please contact ComDoc to schedule.  Send an Email to and she or someone from ComDoc will connect with you and get a date scheduled for your entire department to receive training from one of ComDoc’s staff.

There is now a drop-off box located outside the ITS Help Desk in the lower level of Horan- O’Donnell for old used and unused toner.  If you have cartridges left over from the previous devices, please drop them off or send them through campus mail to the ITS Help Desk ASAP.  Be sure to mark on the box if they are used, and seal the box properly so they do not leak toner.
