JoAnn Feary and Sara Morris are partnering to provide training workshops for any faculty or staff who are interested in learning or reviewing financial policies and procedures. These workshops are intended for faculty who manage budgets (especially chairs and program directors), administrative associates who support academic departments and other staff members who help process payments or manage budgets. Each workshop will be offered 2-3 times as listed below:
Workshop 1 – Payment and Travel Processes
- Monday, September 10 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in Science Hall 002C (lower level ITS conference room)
- Tuesday, September 11 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in Old Main 119
Workshop 2 – Reading and Managing Your Budget
- Monday, October 1 from 1:00-2:15 p.m. in Science Hall 002C (lower level ITS conference room)
- Tuesday, October 2 from 2:30-3:45 p.m. in Science Hall 002C (lower level ITS conference room)
Workshop 3 – Banner 9 Training
- Wednesday, November 7 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in Science Hall 002C (lower level ITS conference room)
- Friday, November 9 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in Old Main 119
- Thursday, November 15 from 2:30-4:00 p.m. in Science Hall 002C (lower level ITS conference room)
