Celebrity Chef Jet Tila brought his flare for Thai and Chinese cooking to Canisius on Thursday, September 6.  Hosted by Chartwells, the Food Network star shared some of his culinary tricks-of-the-trade with the campus community during the lunch and dinner hours.

It was graduation day for three members of the campus community who participated in the Leadership Buffalo Essentials Program.

Hosted by Lawley Insurance, the six-month program saw the Canisius team engage in leadership and awareness training all while learning about Buffalo with visits to City Hall, the West Side’s Five Points Business District, the John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital and the Historic Colored Musicians Club of Buffalo.
