This year’s annual fundraising campaign for the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County is almost upon us! For those who may not be aware, Canisius participates in this fundraising campaign each year to assist the United Way in helping those in need in our community, as well as allowing them to do the work that no one nonprofit can do alone. Thanks to you, the United Way can identify the areas of most need, tackle those issues head on, and promote volunteerism and engagement throughout the community.
Our United Way Campaign Committee is currently seeking new volunteers. Members of the committee get to participate in fun behind-the-scenes activities, such as planning the extremely successful Fall Chili Cook-Off! Even a small amount of your time on the committee will go a long way, as everything you do to help the United Way empowers the Buffalo community.
