Performance Appraisals

As announced by President Hurley last week, the college community will focus on a core set of objectives as part of the performance appraisal discussion given the ongoing enrollment challenges that we face.

As you prepare for your individual meeting with your supervisor, please be prepared to discuss the following question and how your responses might fit into your objectives for the coming year.

As you think about your role at Canisius College, how can you improve the student experience at Canisius and help increase student enrollment in the year ahead?

Please plan to include any feedback within the “Next Year’s Objectives” section of the performance appraisal.

As a reminder, all performance appraisals should be completed by Friday, August 3. If you have any questions, please contact Linda Walleshauser at Ext. 2244 or walleshl@canisius.edu or Jennifer Skowron at Ext. 2247 or skowronj@canisius.edu. Thank you!
