Your Canisius hockey team opens a new era this weekend when the Griffs play their first-ever games at HARBORCENTER. The Griffs host Ohio State at 7:35 p.m., both Friday and Saturday nights.
If you are driving to the game, there will be parking available at the HARBORCENTER ramp. You enter the ramp off Washington Street (just past The Buffalo News building). Parking is $3.00.
Or, you can park at Canisius and take the subway down. It will let you off at the front door of the arena.
The entrance area for hockey is on Level 7. Stairs and elevators are available. If you are physically able, we strongly suggest taking the stairs, as the wait for elevators could be lengthy with sell outs expected both evenings.
There is some reserved seating, however most seats are in general admission. It is bench-style seating. There is not a bad seat in the house.
There are multiple concession stands (beer is being sold) and restroom facilities.
Please wear your Canisius colors.
Arrive early, as you will want to get to your seat. Doors open at 6:30 each night.
