Fall Help Desk Hours

THe ITS Help Desk hours for fall 2022 are as follows:

Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Help Desk Starts Summer Hours

The ITS Help Desk starts its summer hours schedule today, Monday, May 16.  The Help Desk will be open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

These hours will be in effect until Friday, August 26.  On Fridays from June 3 until August 12 the Help Desk will close at 1:00 p.m.

Fall Help Desk Hours

ITS Help Desk hours for the first week of class starting on Monday, August 30 through Friday, September 3, will be as follows:

Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

On September 7, we will commence regular hours:

Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
