Canisius invited it’s 27 camp families to a welcome BBQ in the Quad on Thursday, June 29.
Chartwells was grilling hotdogs and hamburgers while Petey welcomed campers. Families of the campers met the camp staff, nine of whom are either graduates or current students of Canisius. Fun was had by all and the children loved being welcomed as the newest Golden Griffins!
Canisius’ Say Yes Summer Camp runs Monday – Friday on the 3rd floor of Old Main through August 18. The Canisius community has been so welcoming and supportive of this initiative.
