Softball concludes regular season with four home games
The regular season for the Canisius softball team comes to an end this weekend with a pair of MAAC doubleheaders at the Demske Sports Complex. The twin bills both start at noon with Iona providing the opposition on Saturday, May 5 and Fairfield battling the Griffs on Sunday, May 6.
The Griffs enter the final weekend in a four-way tie for sixth place. The top six teams make the conference playoffs. Iona is presently in fourth place (two games ahead of Canisius), while Fairfield sits in second.
