The campus community is invited to a gathering on Wednesday, June 28 at 11:00 a.m. in Lyons 118 to congratulate and thank Dianna Civello for her 14 years of dedicated service to Canisius. Please join the institutional advancement team as they wish Dianna the best of luck upon her retirement. Light refreshments will be served.
Throughout her tenure, Dianna forged a vision and path for fundraising at the college. As associate vice president for institutional advancement, Dianna was a driving force behind the college’s Legacy of Leadership campaign. She leaves the college on a high note, raising more than $1,000,000 last fiscal year.
Dianna co-founded the Medical Advisory Board in 2004 and most recently founded the Women of Canisius in 2015. She was inducted into the DiGamma Honor Society in 2008 for her service to the college, including the period when she stepped up to serve as interim vice president for institutional advancement.
Dianna will remain involved at Canisius coordinating guest speakers for the Pre-med Program.
