The Forest Lawn Flag Retirement Ceremony will take place on June 8 from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. The American Flag Retirement ceremony will be held at the gravesite of Sara Hinson, co-founder of Flag Day. The ceremony provides a reverent and respectful way to retire your worn flags. Canisius College Public Safety officers will deliver any flags dropped off at our office to the ceremony. Public Safety is located in Bosch Hall and is open 24 hours per day.
