Do you feel stressed and a little overwhelmed at times? Does “life” get to you now and then? It’s really possible to manage these things and find peace of heart in the midst of busyness and work. I’d like to offer you a moment once a week for about 1/2 hour to come together and practice mindfulness and do some meditation which can help quiet your life and get your worries to behave. How to do this is really quite simple and you might find it a great help.
