Eligible faculty and staff interested in using the Dependent Tuition Exchange (attending another institution) or the Canisius Dependent Tuition Waiver (attending Canisius) for the academic year 2027-28 are encouraged to attend one of the following Teams information sessions. - Complete the Canisius dependent child beneficiary form located in the portal under the Apps heading HUMAN RESOURCES -> Tuition Benefits/Exchange Information.
- Follow the link to complete the Canisius Tuition Benefits Form. Select a beneficiary -> Canisius Tuition Waiver/Initial Certification(stop here if only applying for the Canisius Waiver).
- To begin the Tuition Exchange application to attend another institution, the student needs to create a TE account and complete the Tuition Exchange/Fachex EZ application here.

The sale of the 26-27 faculty/staff parking permits will begin on Tuesday, August 11 at 9 am.
On August 11, starting at 9 a.m., all employee permits will be available for purchase. Like last year, 75 employee reserved permits will be available with an option to be added to a waitlist.
*New for 26-27*
To park in the Science Hall lot, you need an employee reserved permit or the new employee premium permit for $150. The $100 general employee permit allows access to all other general lots, but no longer the Science Hall lot.
26-27 Parking Permit Options
- Employee Reserved Permit ($200):
- Allows access to all employee reserved lots.
- Includes access to the Science Hall lot.
- Includes access to all employee general lots.
- Limited number available.
- Employee Premium Permit ($150):
- Includes access to the Science Hall lot.
- Includes access to all employee general lots.
- Limited number available.
- General Employee Permit ($100):
- Works in all general employee lots.
- Does not allow parking in the Science Hall lot.
- Spillman Only Permit ($50):
- Only allows parking in the Spillman lot.
The Canisius parking system utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR). Your license plate is your virtual permit to park on campus. Canisius faculty and staff need to register their vehicle(s) to park in a campus parking lot.

Griff Choice can be used throughout the entire year and is accepted at the bookstore, all Dine On Campus locations, printing and vending machines with Griff Pass readers, and off campus at participating locations. Purchases are subject to tax. Funds will carry over from year to year. You can add funds to your Griff Choice account online by clicking on GriffPass under Campus services in MyCanisius.
