Information Technology Services is excited to announce an upgrade to the MyCanisius portal set to launch Wednesday, January 8 around 7:00 a.m. EST.
This vendor-mandated upgrade makes finding links easier and more efficient, you just search for what you are looking for! The basic organization of content is very similar to our current portal, however some community functionality was lost, or may be organized differently. The portal will be unavailable shortly after 12:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday January 8, with services fully restored around 7:00 a.m. EST.
If you encounter any issues or have questions after the upgrade, please contact the help desk at helpdesk@canisius.edu, or 716-888-8340, and a member of the Administrative Computing team will get back to you.
