  • Who represents the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK).

The nominee(s) must demonstrate qualities in;

  • promoting social justice
  • racial harmony,
  • civil rights
  • human rights advocacy for the poor, or non-violence.

You may be eligible to join Tri-Alpha, the National Honor Society for First-Generation College Students—a prestigious organization that celebrates the dedication, resilience, and achievements of students like you.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Undergraduate students must have at least 30 completed credit hours and a GPA of 3.2 or higher

  • Graduate students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
