Join Dr. Erin Robinson as she leads a gentle and restorative yoga sessions with some mindful meditation various Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-5 p.m., this semester. All levels are welcome! Modifications can be made for any pose. and any level.
Feel free to bring your mat; but note mats will be provided as well. Yoga is open to all!
