The students in ABEC404 (wildlife ecology and conservation in South Africa) raised funds to support education programs at the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, where the funds went toward updating educational displays.
Canisius is proudly acknowledged on the organization’s Donors Appreciation Board.
Moholoholo hosted almost 15,000 local school children in 2024, in addition to the many tourists who visit to learn about conservation issues in South Africa.
