Your Atlantic Hockey-leading Canisius Golden Griffins host #4-ranked Michigan State for two huge games this weekend at the LECOM Harborcenter. The last time the Griffs hosted an opponent with this pedigree, they swept the University North Dakota Fighting Hawks.
Bolstered by a stellar performance from their young defensemen, Canisius’s offense clicked as they defeated the Mercyhurst Lakers 6-3 on Tuesday night.
Now they face the Michigan State Spartans, perennial college hockey powers. MSU features four NHL draft picks, including two Sabres prospects (Maxim Štrbák and Hamburg native Pat Geary).
Visit GoGriffs.com/Dome for an exclusive faculty/staff discount. See you at the game!
