For the third consecutive year, ArtsCanisius welcomes Moshe Shulman and the Buffalo Tango Orkestra to campus to perform Tango Nocturna 2024.

This musical group, including Musical Director Moshe Shulman on bandoneon, violinists Jessie Stark, Rodion Boshoer, and Miranda Shulman (who is also a violist and the co-director of Buffalo Tango Orkestra), “one of the best-known accompanists and versatile musicians in Western New York” Ivan Docenko, and Pedro Giraudo, double bass, will accompany internationally celebrated tango dancers Guillermina Quiroga and Mariano Logiudice in an evening performance that will delight the audience.

The concert is on Saturday, September 21, 2024 in Montante Cultural Center and begins at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 general admission, $10 for seniors, faculty, and staff, $5 for students, free of charge for Arts Access holders.  A discount will also be offered for Elmwood Village Charter School families.
