The Performance Appraisal process began Monday, June 3. The first step in the appraisal process is for staff to complete a self-assessment through Dynamic Forms. For your convenience, all staff will have access to prior performance appraisals in the portal under the Human Resources tab in “HR Appraisal History.”
- All Staff should have received an Email from hr@canisius.edu with a link to the self-assessment form on June 3.
- All self-assessments should be completed by Monday, July 1st.
The following zoom sessions have been scheduled to assist with any questions for those who are new to the process or need a refresher on the system:
