ALANA Graduation

The ALANA Student Center would like to invite the entire campus community to celebrate the ALANA graduating class of 2023 on Thursday, May 4 at 5:30 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center.

The ALANA Graduation honors and recognizes the accomplishments of both undergraduate and graduate students of color. Students will receive a special stole that they can wear on commencement day.

The first event, Culture & Connections, takes place on Thursday, April 20 at the Burchfield Penney.  This is the perfect opportunity to engage with fellow young professionals across industries while exploring one of Buffalo’s cultural gems.  Much more information can be found on the flyer (below).

Celebration of Scholarship

We are happy to announce an update about the Celebration of Scholarship.  The event will take place on Wednesday, April 26 from 4:00 -6:30 p.m. in the Science Hall Atrium, after Ignatian Scholarship Day!

If you are interested in having your scholarship celebrated by colleagues and friends, fill out the Google Form linked here by Tuesday, April 18.

Wine, beer and light appetizers will be provided.
