Canisius Salutes Alumni Veterans

Canisius College will recognize two alumni for their service to the country on Veterans Day, November 11.

James McNicholas ’65, MS ’97 and Dan Starr ’58 will receive “Hero Boxes” from Senior Wishes, a local organization that grants life-enhancing wishes to local senior citizens.

The brief ceremony and reception takes place at 11:00 a.m. in the Library Instruction Room. All are invited to attend this salute to these alumni veterans.

POSTPONED – November 7 Meet the Musicians Recital

The November 7 ArtsCanisius recital featuring Frank Scinta has been postponed until the spring 2023 semester, when ArtsCanisius will begin hosting “Meet the Musicians.”

“Meet the Musicians” is the new iteration of the “Meet the Faculty” music series, and is a most delightful weekday series of recitals performed by members of the Canisius College music faculty.
