As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, the offices of Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion have partnered to develop a campus-wide policy related to DEI in the workplace. In addition, we have expanded the hiring for mission policy to include outlined DEI protocols within the college’s hiring practices.

As required, the campus community has an opportunity to comment on proposed edits to all policies. The 60-day comment period the Hiring for Mission Policy and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy is now open.

All feedback will be anonymous unless you choose to leave your name. Reports of the feedback submitted will be reviewed with the Senior Leadership Team. The review period concludes on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
