Josh Allen Tickets Available for Faculty and Staff

On Saturday, April 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Koessler Athletic Center the Undergraduate Student Association will welcome Josh Allen, quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, to campus to give a moderated Q&A for the campus community. Starting this week, we will have tickets available for faculty and staff! 

Every faculty and staff member may request up to four tickets (while supplies last) for themselves and their partners and/or children. Please fill out the form below to request yours! Requested tickets will be available for pick up starting today, Wednesday, April 20,  in the Office of Student Life.

ALANA Student Center Annual Awards

ALANA Achievement Award

Canisius would like to acknowledge the accomplishments of an African American, Latino/a American, Asian American, or Native American (ALANA) graduating senior who exemplifies the Jesuit value of Magis through academic excellence, exceptional leadership, character, dedication and service to Canisius and the community-at-large. Toward this end, we are seeking nominations for the Canisius College ALANA Achievement Award, which will be presented annually at the Spring Honors Convocation. Nominations can be made here.

Annual MLK Award

Canisius College would like to acknowledge a student and/or a non-student (faculty, staff, or administrator) who represent the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK). Toward this end, we would like to solicit nominations for an award or awards to be presented at the Spring Honors Convocation. The nominee(s) must demonstrate qualities promoting social justice, racial harmony, civil rights, human rights, advocacy for the poor, or non-violence. Nominations can be made here.

2022 ALANA Graduation

The Canisius community is invited to the 2022 ALANA Graduation. This pre-commencement ceremony celebrates graduating ALANA students (both graduate and undergraduate).

The community is also asked to submit a tribute video to be presented at the ceremony. You can record yourself or we can send a staff member to record your video if you wish.
