As we approach the end of our 2020-21 fiscal year, please review the important information, below, from the Controller’s Office:
- All requisitions are to be submitted by the end of business day on Thursday May 20, 2021 to allow for sufficient approval and processing time. Related invoices should be submitted as soon as possible.
- All VISA charges posted to the bank by Monday, May 31, 2021 will be charged to the 2020-21 budget.
- Any charges that post after Monday, May 31, 2021 will be charged to the 2021-22 budget.
- Please note that it can take up to 1-7 business days for charges to post.
- All invoices and check requests are to be submitted by end of day on Thursday May 27, 2021 to allow for sufficient approval and processing time. AP checks will be issued on Friday May 28, 2021.
