New York State approved a Paid Sick Leave Law effective January 1, 2021 allowing employees to use sick leave for themselves and family members.  The college has updated the sick leave policy in Volume III of the policy manual.  For more information, please review the updated policy at the following link:

As a result of this new law and the definitions outlined for use of sick leave, Family Care days will no longer be defined within a separate category for staff and will not be available on your time sheet.
