Congratulations to the Canisius Mock Trial team, which recently competed in the Second Annual Geneseo Joust Invitational.
The competition was virtual this year and presented a host of technological problems and safety restrictions, but with the guidance of Mock Trial coach and instructor attorney William Lorenz Jr. ’09 the team was able to overcome and successfully compete. Adding to the array of team and individual awards that the team has accumulated since Mock Trial’s inception at Canisius in 2006, student coordinator Rianna Iorillo ’20, in her final competition before graduating, won both a top attorney and top witness award.
