Event Services encourages those hosting an event to submit the virtual event through 25LIVE so it appears on the college’s event calendars.
When entering an event in 25LIVE, continue to complete all required fields. Please be sure to note in the title and/or description that the event is virtual, any links needed to participate and view the event, and complete contact information for any questions. In lieu of a physical location for an event, enter “virtual” for the space request under the “Location Search” section. Select “virtual” once it populates on the screen.
