Recording meetings on Zoom can be very beneficial. If a student is unable to make it to a class or a hybrid course is taught, the lecture only needs to be recorded once and posted to D2L.

Zoom makes it easy to record and online lecture for online classes without the issues and hassle that other screen-recording software comes with. It is also beneficial if a transcript for the recording is needed (which is only available when saving to the Zoom cloud).

Sometimes it is difficult to know where Zoom is recording and saving video files. Watch the following YouTube video to see where Zoom records these videos and how to access them, including when to use the different recording options and other tips.
