When teaching online, you will likely use online resources such as YouTube, Educational Websites and Tools, Online Databases and Articles. The easiest way to get your students to engage with these useful resources is to provide them with the web address.

In D2L, this can be done several different ways but require certain options be selected so that problems and issues do not arise.

The first way is to create a link in the content section (under “New> Create a Link”). The second way is to use the QuickLink option when creating a web page (under “New> Create a File”).
