ITS will be applying security patches to a few operating systems on Saturday, May 23 from 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. During this maintenance window, there will be interruptions to Self Service Banner 8 applications such as employee time sheets, grade entry or any portal links that have the (SSB) designation.
As always, if anyone encounters any issues accessing resources from within the portal or with Self Service Banner, please email helpdesk@canisius.edu for resolution.
